The Cameron Parish Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, December 28, 2023 at 4:00 PM in the wastewater district office located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana.

The Pledge was led by Tammy Vincent along with roll call and the voluntary Prayer.
Roll Call: Present: Tammy Vincent, Anthony Theriot, Vickie Conner, Donnie LeJeune, and Jerry Dockins
Absent:
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Anthony Theriot and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session November 2023 minutes.
On a motion by Donnie LeJeune, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to approve the financial statement, including the Actual vs Budget, for the month of November 2023.
On a motion by Donnie LeJeune, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, that the bills for the month of November 2023 be paid.
On a motion by Donnie LeJeune, seconded by Anthony Theriot and carried, to approve Coy Vincent of Gragson, Casiday & Guillory, LLP as the auditor for 2024.
On a motion by Donnie LeJeune, seconded by Jerry Dockins and carried, to adopt the Cameron Parish Pilot as the official news journal for 2024.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Anthony Theriot and carried, to adopt the changes to the Open Meetings Law, Act 393, The Americans with Disabilities Act.
On a motion by Donnie LeJeune, seconded by Anthony Theriot and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
