The Cameron Parish Water and Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in the water district office located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana.
Guest:
President Chris Mooney called the meeting to order.
The Pledge was led by Chris Mooney and the voluntary Prayer was led by Chris Mooney
Roll Call: Present: Chris Mooney, Tammy Peshoff, Kathy Guthrie and Fred Sanders
Absent: Cecil Clark III
There were no Public Comments.
On a motion by Tammy Peshoff, seconded by Fred Sanders and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session November 2021 minutes.
On a motion by Kathy Guthrie, seconded by Fred Sanders and carried, to approve the financial statement for the month of November.
On a motion by Fred Sanders, seconded by Kathy Guthrie and carried, that the bills for the month of November 2021 be paid.
On a motion by Tammy Peshoff, seconded by Fred Sanders and carried, to approve the 2022 budget.
On a motion by Kathy Guthrie, seconded by Tammy Peshoff and carried, to adopt the Cameron Parish Pilot as he official news journal for 2022.
On a motion by Tammy Peshoff, seconded by Kathy Guthrie and carried, to approve Coy Vincent of Gragson, Cassiday & Guillory, LLP as auditor for 2022.
On a motion by Tammy Peshoff, seconded by Fred Sanders and carried, to add to the sewer policy to charge a $150.00 deposit for commercial property receiving only sewer and a $50.00 deposit for residential property only receiving sewer from Cameron Parish Water & Wastewater District #1. To become effective immediately.
On a motion by Tammy Peshoff, seconded by Fred Sanders and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
