NOTICE is hereby given in compliance with La. R.S. 42:19.1, that the Gravity Drainage District No. 9 will meet in open and public session on Thursday, the 29th day of February 2024 at 6:00 p.m., at 1190 Main Street Hackberry, Louisiana, to consider calling an election to be held on November 5, 2024, in Cameron Parish Gravity Drainage District No. 9 (“District”), to consider renewal of an ad valorem property tax millage (4.50 mills) to construct, operate and maintain the District’s drainage systems.
