WATERWORKS
DISTRICT NO. 10
PROCEEDINGS
The Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 10 met in Regular session on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. via teleconferencing meeting the quorum requirements per La. R. S. 42:19 during the COVID-19 health emergency.
Members present were Mrs. Connie Trahan, Mr. Nathan Griffith, Mr. Kent Carlson, and Mr. Wesley Roberts.
Member absent was Mr. Jim Snyder.
Guests attending were Rhonda Morrison, Carl Trahan, Jeff Landry, Bryan McSween, and Leonard Harper.
The prayer was led by Mrs. Trahan. The pledge was said by all present.
It was moved by Mrs. Trahan and seconded by Mr. Carlson and carried to accept the minutes as read.
Public Comment period was given on all agenda items. No comment was made.
Leonard Harper with Harper and Associates and Bryan McSween with HGA discussed with the Board of Directors different options and alternatives for the Holly Beach water tower. Additional information and studies will be conducted and submitted for review and a decision.
It was moved by Mr. Roberts to accept the only bid received for official journal from Cameron Parish Pilot. No public comment was given. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Trahan and carried.
Hurricane Laura and Delta recovery updates at each site were given.
It was moved by Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mrs. Trahan and carried to approve the bills as paid.
With no further business to discuss, it was moved by Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mrs. Trahan and carried to adjourn the meeting at 5:45 p.m.

It was moved by Mr. Griffith to call the meeting to order.
