NOTICE FOR BIDS
The Cameron Parish Mosquito Abatement District No. 1 will receive sealed bids until 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2023 for chemicals, fuel, and contingent aerial contract. The bids will be opened on February 2, 2023 at 5 p.m. at the regular meeting at the Grand Lake Library, 10200 Gulf Hwy., Lake Charles, La.,70607.
All bids must be submitted on bid forms which may be obtained by calling 337-775-5942 or by email jhightowercpmc@gmail.com
Bids should be mailed or delivered to Cameron Parish Mosquito Abatement District No. 1, 103 Belle Savane Rd, Lake Charles, Louisiana 70607, and be marked “BID FORM ENCLOSED” on the outside of the envelope. Bids can also be submitted electronically to jhightowercpmc@gmail.com with “BID FORM ENCLOSED” in the subject line.
Cameron Parish Mosquito Abatement District No. 1 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
