The South Cameron Alumni Association will be hosting a Gumbo Cook-off on Saturday, Jan. 13, at the Louisiana Fur and Wildlife Festival.

Categories include seafood, poultry, and wild game for both, Open and LNG Divisions. Entry is set at $75 per gumbo for Open Division and $150 per gumbo for LNG Division.

Gates will open at 6 a.m. for teams. Judging will be held at 11 a.m. and awards will be given out at 4:30 p.m.
