Grand Lake High School Lady Hornet Basketball Seniors named to the Class 1A Academic All-State Team are Brynn Hardie, Kelli LeDoux, and Brynn Toerner.

Girls basketball

Lady Hornets will travel to Welsh on Thursday, Jan. 13.

Boys Basketball

Hornets will travel to Welsh on Thursday, Jan. 13.

They will play at home Friday, Jan. 14 against Churchpoint, JV starts at 5:30 p.m., with varsity game afterwards.

On Saturday, Jan. 15 they will host a tournament. The schedule is as follows:

• 9 a.m. – Sam Houston vs. South Beau
• 9:45 a.m. – Sam Houston vs. Reeves
• 10:30 a.m. – Grand Lake vs. Westlake
• 11:15 a.m. – Grand Lake vs. South Beau
• 12 noon – Westlake vs Reeves
