Beginning at the southeast corner of Cameron Parish, Louisiana; thence in a northerly direction along the east line of Cameron Parish, Louisiana, to the northeast corner of Township 13 South, Range 3 West in Cameron Parish, Louisiana (and being the northeast corner of Section 1, Township 13 South, Range 3 West);
Thence in a westerly direction along the north line of Township 13 South, Ranges 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 West (traversing the intracoastal Canal, Rabbit Island, Lacassine Point, the Lacassine National Wildlife Refuge, and Cameron Prairie National Wildlife Refuge and the Sweetlake Oil Field) to the northwest corner of Section 6, Township 13 South, Range 7 West (near the east bank of Sweet Lake);
Thence south along the west boundary of Sections 6 and 7, Township 13 South, Range 7 West (crossing the Intracoastal Canal in Section 7, Township 13 South, Range 7 West) to the northeast corner of Section 24, Township 13 South, Range 8 West;
Thence westerly along the north boundaries of Sections 24, 23, 22, 21, 20 and 19, Township 13 South, Range 8 West and the north line of Section 24, Township 13 South, Range 9 West (traversing Blind Lake and Cross Canal) to the east bank of the Calcasieu Lake;
Thence from the east bank of Calcasieu Lake, continue westerly crossing Calcasieu Lake along the southern boundaries of Wards 4 and 6 to the northeast corner of Section 19, Township 13 South, Range 9 West at Long Point;
Thence southwesterly along the bank of Calcasieu Lake to the northeast corner of Section 6, Township 14 South, Range 10 West;
Thence west along the north line of Section 6, Township 14 South, Range 10 West to the northwest corner of Section 6, Township 14 South Range 10 West;
Thence southerly along the west lines of Township 14 South, Range 10 West and Township 15 South, Range 10 West extending southerly to the southern most boundary of Cameron Parish;
Thence easterly along the southern boundary of Cameron Parish to the point of beginning, point of beginning being the southeast corner of Cameron Parish, Louisiana
