South Cameron Consolidated Waterworks District No. 1
January 22, 2024
The South Cameron Consolidated Waterworks District No. 1 met in regular session on Monday, January 22, 2024, at 4:30 at the Cameron Parish School Board – Audrey Memorial Building C – 3151 Trosclair Road, Creole, LA 70632.
President Joseph Baccigalopi called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Joseph Baccigalopi led the Pledge of Allegiance and the Prayer.
The following members were present: Joseph Baccigalopi, Vickie Kiffe, and Tammy Vincent.
The following members were absent: Bubba Richard and Michelle Trahan
The following guests were in attendance: Tammy Peshoff
It was moved by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Tammy Vincent, and carried, that the minutes from the previous meeting are hereby approved.
It was moved by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Tammy Vincent, and carried, that the financial statements are approved for Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 1, Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 7 and Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 9.
It was moved by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Tammy Vincent, and carried, to pay monthly bills for Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 7 and Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 9.
It was moved by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Tammy Vincent, and carried, to table Employee Raises.
It was moved by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Tammy Vincent, and carried, to adopt the Identity Theft Protection Program.
It was moved by Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Tammy Vincent, and carried, to approve Coy Vincent with Gragson, Cassidy and Guillory as auditor for the 2024 financial year.
There being no further business, on the motion of Vickie Kiffe, seconded by Tammy Vincent and carried, the meeting was declared adjourned.
