LEGAL NOTICE
STATE OF LOUISIANA, OFFICE OF CONSERVATION, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA.
In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, MARCH 15, 2022, upon the application of ROBERTSON ENERGY, LLC.

1. To establish rules and regulations and to create a single reservoirwide unit for the exploration for and production of oil and gas from the T Sand, Reservoir T, as more particularly shown on the plat submitted with the application, all in accordance with L.S.A.-R.S.30:5C (Act 441 of 1960).
2. To approve the Unit Agreement for the proposed unit which will be executed by at least 3/4ths in interest of the royalty owners, and 3/4ths in interest of the owners, as defined in L.S.A.-R.S.30:5C.

5. To find that the operation of the secondary recovery and pressure maintenance program by water injection for the T Sand, Reservoir T, is economically feasible and in the interest of conservation.
6. To find that creation of the proposed reservoirwide unit will prevent waste and the drilling of unnecessary wells, will appreciably increase the ultimate recovery of hydrocarbons from the reservoir and will insure the recovery by the owners of each tract of their just and equitable share of the recoverable hydrocarbons in the reservoir.
7. To designate Robertson Energy, LLC as operator of the proposed resevoirwide unit.
8. To grant a single unit allowable for the proposed reservoirwide unit which may be produced from any well or wells completed in the T Sand, Reservoir T, which in the operator’s opinion, will efficiently and economically deplete the reservoir.
9. To provide that any wells drilled to, completed in, or recompleted in the T Sand, Reservoir T, within the proposed unit should be exempt the spacing provisions of Statewide Order No. 29-E.
10. To provide that the Commissioner of Conservation may reclassify the reservoir by supplemental order and without the necessity of a public hearing should such reclassification be warranted, based on evidence furnished to the Commissioner of Conservation.
11. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent.
