?PROCEEDINGS
The Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 10 met in regular session at the Waterworks office located at 6246 Gulf Beach Hwy. in Johnson Bayou on Monday, January 9, at 5:30 p.m. Members present by roll call were Mrs. Connie Trahan, Mr. Kent Carlson, Ms. Bobbie Trahan and Mr. Mark Young. Members absent were Mr. Nathan Griffith. Employees attending were Rhonda Morrison, Carl Trahan, Jeff Landry, and Aaron Jinks. Guest attending were none.
It was moved by Mrs. Connie Trahan to call the meeting to order.
The pledge was said by all present and the prayer was led by Mrs. Connie Trahan.
Public Comment period was given on all agenda items. No comments were made.
It was moved by Mr. Kent Carlson, seconded by Ms. Bobbie Trahan and carried to accept the December minutes as read.
Fema is now in the EHP review process on the approval of the relocation project for the Holly Beach water tower rebuild.
Rhonda presented the Water System Accountability Rule preliminary grade to the Board. All documents have been submitted to the state and the final grade will be available in May.
It was moved by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Carlson, and carried to approve the bank statements and monthly financial statement.
It was moved by Ms. Bobbie Trahan seconded by Mr. Young and carried to approve the bills as paid.
With no further business to discuss, it was moved by Mrs. Connie Trahan to adjourn the meeting @ 6:00 p.m.
