PUBLIC NOTICE
Cameron Parish Waterworks District #10 has received approval of funding under Federal Emergency Declaration 4559 and 4570 for the purpose of restoring Parish facilities to pre-storm conditions. Cameron Parish Waterworks District #10 is interested in procuring an engineering firm to provide services for a water tower replacement project.
The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements under 2 CFR 200.320. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system that is identified in the Request for Qualification Statements for the Architect Services package. The package also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. Cameron Parish Waterworks District #10 will award a contract to the respondent obtaining the highest score in the evaluation process for this project.
Interested parties are invited to secure a package from Rhonda Morrison at cpww10@camtel.net . A response to this request must be hand-delivered to the above named person at 1030 Nathaniel Drive, Sulphur, La. 70665 or mailed to 6246 Gulf Beach Hwy., Cameron, LA 70631, in such a manner that it is received no later than 3 p.m. on March 15, 2021.
