A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Monday, November 21, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Travis LaBove, Bethany Moore, Terry J. Murphy, and Travis Welch.
Member Absent: Desiree Boykin.
Guest: David Moss.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Travis LaBove and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Terry J. Murphy, seconded by Travis Welch, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Bethany Moore, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Terry J. Murphy, and carried to accept low bid of $544,900.00 from Sam Istre Construction for Weight Room Addition.
Motion was made by Travis Welch, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
