Proposals for power generation at 5 substations will be received in the Jefferson Davis Electric Cooperative (JDEC) office located at 906 N. Lake Arthur Avenue (Royal Office) Jennings, LA 70546
Until 2:00 p.m. CDT, on Friday, January 14, 2022
Any proposals submitted after this time will not be considered.
All proposals shall be in compliance with the solicitation specifications issued for this project. and construction drawings, together with all necessary forms and other documents for bidders, may be obtained from the Royal Engineers office. Bid submission shall follow the submittal format guidelines specified in the solicitation and delivered to Royal Engineers marked: ATTN: Beau Tate
JDEC reserves the right to consider and/or reject any and all proposals.
The proposals will remain subject to acceptance for forty five (45) days after proposal submission.
