Carson Lucas McCain 54, died on Friday, Feb. 21, 2025. He was born in Lake Charles and raised in Grand Lake. He worked as a journeyman electrician, dedicating years of service to multiple electrical companies in the Lake Area and beyond. He was a member of IBEW local 861 for a number of years.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Hebert McCain; father, Edward Tal McCain and stepmother, Nel McCain; brothers, Jake McCain and Travis McCain, and stepfather, Tommy Carson.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Connie Rae, one sister and his grandparents.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, Mar. 1, at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church in Big Lake. A private burial will take place at a later date.
