Celebrate With Us!! This week..Cameron Parish Pilot will be on select newsstands, in your mail and email in-box for for e-Subscribers. We will be going to $1 per paper on newsstands. For the last ten years we kept the price below market rate; we no longer can keep it that low. Subscription rates will see an increase as well. It just has to be.

We listened, we brought the newspaper back, and we hope you will continue to support us. Some staff left as we were trying to figure it all out, and we will miss them. This was a hard decision, and it included a financial commitment to reinvest in our newspapers.

No one works for free and we hope you certainly appreciate that concept. We love Cameron Parish and the people. Thanks for all the encouraging words, kind suggestions, and strength that you gave us to go on.

We are reeling over the hospitalization of our news contributor Major Jerry Bell who is critically ill. Please continue to pray for him and his family. This has been an increasingly hard time to work through.

We never want Cameron Pilot to end! So onward to all the HOCO Celebrations, future festivals and giving you your LOCAL News! Thanks for your support!
