Due to emergency repairs at Calcasieu Lock, La. Dept. of Transportation and Development has revised the manual opening schedule at Black Bayou Pontoon Bridge to coincide with this work. The bridge will now be open to vehicle traffic from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m., effective Wednesday, Mar. 6 through Friday, Mar. 8.

During this temporary schedule, Calcasieu Lock will be operational at night to accommodate marine traffic.
