The Cameron Parish Water and Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the water district office, located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana

President Chris Mooney called the meeting to order.
The Pledge was led by Tammy Peshoff, and the voluntary Prayer was led by Chris Mooney
Roll Call: Present: Tammy Peshoff, Kathy Guthrie, Cecil Clark, Chris Mooney and Fred Sanders
Absent: none
There were no Public Comments.
On a motion by Tammy Peshoff, seconded by Fred Sanders and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session May 28, 2020 minutes.
On a motion by Kathy Guthrie, seconded by Fred Sanders and carried, to approve the financial state for the month of May.
On a motion by Cecil Clark, seconded by Kathy Guthrie and carried, that the bills for the month of May 2020 be paid.
On a motion by Kathy Guthrie, seconded by Cecil Clark and carried, to adopt the 2020 tax millage as same rate of 7.4 mills. Vote count Yeas: 5, Nays: 0, Absent: 0, Abstained: 0. The yeas consist of Chris Mooney, Tammy Peshoff, Kathy Guthrie, Fred Sanders and Cecil Clark.
On a motion by Kathy Guthrie, seconded by Tammy Peshoff and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
