Members Present: Ronald Nunez, Shirley Gray, Cecil Clark
Members Absent: Scott Henry, Ryan Mallory
Visitors: Kirk Peshoff, Rusty Welch
A motion was made by Shirley Gray and seconded by Cecil Clark, all were in favor to approve the May bills for payment:
Deep South Exp, Bayou Fuel Stop, H&H Metal Containers
A motion was made by Shirley Gray to approve the financial statement for May. The motion was seconded by Cecil Clark, all were in favor.
A motion was made by Shirley Gray to approve the May minutes, the motion was seconded by Cecil Clark, all were in favor.
The board discussed the mileages, they were all in agreeance to stay the same for now 7.5. A motion was made by Shirley Gray seconded by Cecil Clark.
Rusty Welch reported to the board the Police Jury has approved the work for the Leesburg Lateral. W1 West pump station roof job is complete.
A motion was made by Shirley Gray, seconded by Cecil Clark to apply for a culvert maintenance permit to change out existing damaged culverts. The board gave Rusty Welch permission to meet with Lonnie Harper’s office to start the permit process.
There being no further business a motion was made by Shirley Gray to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Cecil Clark. All were in favor.
