DETERMINATION
The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has reviewed a Title V air permit modification and the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permit modification from Venture Global CP2 LNG LLC – CP2 LNG Terminal, 1401 McKinney St Ste 2600, Houston, TX 77010 for the CP2 LNG Terminal and determined that it is administratively complete. The application was received on July 17, 2026. The facility is located at 235 Davis Rd in Cameron, Cameron Parish.
Venture Global CP2 LNG LLC – CP2 LNG Terminal proposes to modify a Title V air permit and the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permit.
This permit is to be processed as an expedited permit in accordance with LAC 33:1.Chapter 18.
