James and Meriget Turner of Constance Beach will be hosting an artist reception for Elizabeth Happs on Friday, Dec. 15, at the Johnson Bayou Community Center from 6-8 p.m. Refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to the public.

The Center is located 5556 Gulf Beach Hwy. in Johnson Bayou.
