DISTRICT NO. 10
PROCEEDINGS
The Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 10 met in Regular session on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. via teleconferencing meeting the quorum requirements per La. R. S. 42:19 during the COVID-19 health emergency. Members present were Mrs. Connie Trahan, Mr. Kent Carlson, Mr. Jim Snyder and Mr. Wesley Roberts. Members absent were Mr. Nathan Griffith. Guests attending were Rhonda Morrison and Carl Trahan.
It was moved by Mr. Snyder to call the meeting to order.
The prayer was led by Mrs. Trahan. The pledge was said by all present.
It was moved by Mrs. Trahan and seconded by Mr. Carlson and carried to accept the minutes as read.
Public Comment period was given on all agenda items. No comment was made.
It was moved by Mr. Roberts to remove non-active board members from the Iberia Bank Bonds and Coupons account and to add Rhonda Morrison and Jim Snyder. No public comment was given. The motion was seconded by Mr. Carlson and carried.
Hurricane Laura and Delta recovery updates at each site were given. Additional options for the Holly Beach site will be requested from Harper and Associates.
It was moved by Mrs. Trahan, seconded by Mr. Carlson and carried to approve the bills as paid.
With no further business to discuss, it was moved by Mr. Roberts, seconded by Mr. Carlson and carried to adjourn the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
