The Cameron Parish Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 4:00 PM in the wastewater district office located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana.

The Pledge was led by Tammy Vincent along with roll call and the voluntary Prayer.
Roll Call: Present: Tammy Vincent, Vickie Conner, and Jerry Dockins
Absent: Donnie LeJeune and Anthony Theriot
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session February 2024 minutes.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to approve the financial statement, including the Actual vs Budget, for the month of February 2024.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, that the bills for the month of February 2024 be paid.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to send Pre-event emergency contracts to vendors in preparations for the 2024 hurricane season.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to accept the contract between Cameron Parish Wastewater District #1 and Coastal Cans, L.L.C., and to allow them to begin dumping on April 1, 2024.
On a motion by Jerry Dockins, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
