NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and especially all subcontractors, architects, engineers, master mechanics, mechanics, workmen, laborers, and furnishers of materials, machinery and fixtures:
Public notice is hereby given, according to law, that the undersigned Owner has accepted the work done by Rigid Constructors, LLC, Contractor, domiciled at 3091 Highway 104, Opelousas, Louisiana, 70570, under the contract with said firm for the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery and Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority funded Rockefeller Shoreline Protection Project (12PARA3301/ME-37) dated April 16, 2020.
All subcontractors, architects, engineers, master mechanics, mechanics, workmen, laborers, and furnishers of materials, machinery, fixtures and supplies must assert whatever claims they have against the said Contractors or against the property growing out of the execution of the contract according to law, within forty-five (45) days of registration hereof.
