ORDER
Petitioner filed a Motion for an Order allowing service of process upon Respondent by publication in lieu of personal service. Petitioner has demonstrated by affidavit and the Court finds that Petitioner has made reasonable and diligent efforts to serve Respondent. Petitioner has communicated with Respondent’s mother whom provided Respondent’s last known address, that Petitioner communicated with Respondent and informed her of this matter and that she could go to the Cameron Parish Sheriff s Department to get served with her copies, and that the summons issued in this matter, to be served at her last known address, was returned without service.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT:
1. The Dyer County Clerk and Master shall forthwith cause a publishing of this order for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Cameron Parish Pilot, which is the designated newspaper for publishing in Cameron Parish per the Clerk of the Court of Cameron Parish.
2. The publishing shall include the names of the parties to this action, the name of this Court, and the location of the courtroom, which is 203 South Main Street, Dyersburg, Tennessee, 38024.
3. The publishing shall further notify the Respondent that she must answer or otherwise respond to the Petition in this action within 30 days of the fourth weekly publication of this order, and if she does not answer or otherwise respond, a default judgment may be entered against her.
