DISTRICT NO. 10
PROCEEDINGS
The Cameron Parish Waterworks District No. 10 met in Regular session on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. via teleconferencing meeting the quorum requirements per La. R. S. 42:19 during the COVID-19 health emergency. Members present were Mrs. Connie Trahan, Mr. Kent Carlson, Mr. Wesley Roberts and Nathan Griffith. Members absent were Mr. Jim Snyder. Guest attending were Jeffrey Landry, Rhonda Morrison and Carl Trahan.
It was moved by Mr. Griffith to call the meeting to order.
The prayer was led by Mr. Griffith. The pledge was said by all present.
It was moved by Mr. Roberts and seconded by Mr. Carlson and carried to accept the minutes as read.
Public Comment period was given on all agenda items. No comment was made.
After advertising in the official journal, 2 Request for Qualification statements for Engineering Services for the Cameron Parish Waterworks District #10’s Holly Beach water tower replacement project were reviewed. The Board of Directors graded the resumes received. After discussion and receiving highest score, it was moved by Mr. Roberts to accept the resume of C. H. Fenstermaker & Associates, LLC for the project. No public comment was given. It was moved by Mr. Carlson and accepted.
It was moved by Mr. Carlson, seconded by Mrs. Trahan and carried to approve the bills as paid.
With no further business to discuss, it was moved by Mr. Griffith, seconded by Mr. Carlson and carried to adjourn the meeting at 5:45 p.m.
