Leeanna Kay Delaney, a 9th grader at Grand Lake school, took the PreACT in the 8th grade and received the Rising Star award.

The PreAct rising star students represents the top 3% at the Distinguished Scholar level, the top 4% to 10% at the Rising Scholar level and the top 11 to 50% at the early scholar level. Collectively they represent the highest academic achievers from all U S PreACT composite scores.
