A Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, Monday, August 24,2026 at 4:15 p.m.

Members Present: Desiree Boykin, Travis LaBove, Travis Welch, & Bethany Moore.

Members Absent: Terry J. Murphy.

Guests: Coy Vincent. 

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman; Bethany Moore and the following business was discussed.

Motion was made by Travis Welch, second by Travis LaBove, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.

Motion was made by Travis LaBove, second by Desiree Boykin, and carried to accept the financial statements.

Motion was made by Desiree Boykin, second by Travis Welch, and carried to receive Annual Financial Report and Independent Auditor’s Report for the year ending December 31,2025, prepared by Gragson, Cassiday, & Guillory.

Motion by Travis Welch, second by Travis LaBove, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
