MINUTES OF 

PROCEEDINGS

The Board of Commissioners of Lower Cameron Hospital Service District met in Regular Session on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., at the Cameron Parish Library Main Branch in Cameron, Louisiana. Members present were Chairman Stephanie Rodrigue, Tredale Boudreaux,

Vickie Kiffe, Kevin Dupke, and Michelle Trahan.  Shawn Bonsall and Vice Chairman Mary Canik were absent.  Secretary Michelle Vincent and Videographer Derek Williams were in attendance. Scott Trahan was a guest in attendance.  

Stephanie Rodrigue, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 4:30pm.  

Vickie Kiffe led the Pledge of Allegiance. The prayer was led by Michelle Trahan.  

Roll was called by Secretary Michelle Vincent. A quorum was determined.  

Upon motion by Vickie Kiffe and seconded by Tredale Boudreaux, the Board of Commissioners approved the agenda.

There was no comment cards submitted and no public comments.  

Upon motion by Michelle Trahan and seconded by Vickie Kiffe, the Board of Commissioners approved the June 3, 2026, regular meeting minutes.  

Upon motion by Vickie Kiffe and seconded by Michelle Trahan, the Board of Commissioners approved ratification of payment of recurring bills.

Upon motion by Tredale Boudreaux and seconded by Michelle Trahan, the Board of Commissioners approved the Financial Report, as prepared by Treasurer Julie Trahan and presented by Secretary Michelle Vincent.  

Upon motion by Vickie Kiffe and seconded by Tredale Boudreaux, the Board of Commissioners approved payment of the bills.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:36 PM.
