Jonathan DeWayne Willis, 63, a resident of Cameron, died Thursday, May 14, 2026, at his residence.

He graduated from Plainview High School in 1980. He retired from Union Pacific Railroad after 20 years of dedicated service.

He is survived by his three children, Justin Willis and wife Megan, Cory Willis and wife Amber, Courtnee Watkins, daughter of heart, Karla Willis; wife Karen Willis; eight grandchildren: and one brother, Tim Willis.

He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Jessica Lynn Willis; and his parents, Elbry H. Willis and Annie Sue Perkins Willis.

His cremation has been entrusted to Lakeside Funeral Home of Lake Charles. A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
