A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, on Sunday, February 26, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
Members Present: Travis LaBove, Bethany Moore, and Travis Welch.
Members Absent: Terry J. Murphy, and Desiree Boykin.
Guests: None.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Travis Welch and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Bethany Moore, seconded by Travis LaBove, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to table until March meeting to discuss annual pay raise for all employees.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to enter into agreement with Gragson, Cassiday, and Guillory for the 2022 Financial Review.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Bethany Moore, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
