A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Hackberry Recreation District was held at the Hackberry Recreation Center in Hackberry, Cameron Parish, Louisiana, Thursday, August 18, 2025 at 4:15 pm.
Members Present: Travis LaBove, Desiree Boykin, and Bethany Moore.
Members Absent: Travis Welch, and Terry J. Murphy.
Guest: Coy Vincent.
The meeting was called to order by the Vice-Chairman; Bethany Moore and the following business was discussed.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to accept the regular meeting minutes as read.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to accept the financial statements.
Motion was made by Travis LaBove, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to receive Annual Financial Report and Independent Auditor’s Report for the year ending December 31,2024, prepared by Gragson, Cassiday, & Guillory.
Motion by Travis LaBove, seconded by Desiree Boykin, and carried to adjourn the meeting.
