b. Brent Morales – Section 16, T12S, R07W, Highway 27, Sweetlake, (proposes to restore the entire property of 77.516 acres to original state by means of mulching nuisance trees and shrubs. Goal is to use the land for grazing cattle, crawfish farming, and bailing of hay), Cameron Parish, LA. (251102)
c. ERM – Grand Chenier, Section 17, T15S, R05W; Section 20, T15S, R05W, (Miller Property – Debris Removal; proposes removal of oilfield debris from former structures associated with SN 80463 (Lat 29 44’15”N; Long 92 54’50”W) and SN 174554/177042 (Lat 29 44’37”N, Long 92 54’51”W) located in Crab Lake Gas Fields.), Cameron Parish, LA. d. Garret Coates – Hackberry, Austin Road and Albert Little Road, (Austin Road Industrial Yard; proposes muti-acre industrial lay-down yard or parking lot to address the needs for development of Commonwealth Energy and Louisiana LNG projects. This will result in 8,000 cy of crushed stone/gravel, 30,000 cy material excavated & hauled offsite, and 22,000 material hauled in. Entry side will be on Austin Road and exit will be on Albert Little Road.), Cameron Parish, LA. (251104)
e. Bridgeline Holdings, LP – 813 Oak Grove, Grand Chenier, (proposes to install 17 ft by 20 ft gravel pad, approx. 3 inches thick, chain link fence to secure existing valve for further deterioration of the valve), Cameron Parish, LA. (251105)
f. Sabine Outback North, LLC – Sabine River, (proposes to install 46 Monopiles adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway to provide safe mooring locations for barges and will be placed parallel to the shoreline and channel.), Cameron Parish, LA. (251106)
7. Motion to Approve Appointments:
a. Ambulance Service District No. 2 – Randall McFatter, term expired
8. Consideration of COR 013 North Cameron Emergency Operation Center – Swap out lockset on room 106 from storeroom function lock to office lockset per owner’s request. Increase contract amount by $584.03, no increase in contract time
9. Consideration of Change Order No. 2 Mermentau Inundation Relief Project: Channel Improvements Element 3 Project No. 65MTRR7701. Increase contract time by 90 days, due to LADOTD Hwy 82 overlay project. No increase in contract amount.
10. Consideration of Resolution Authorizing the Cameron Parish School Board to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement and Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement with Cameron LNG, LLC
11. Motion granting President authority to sign Resolution 1223 Armoring Ship Channel
12. Motion granting President authority to sign Resolution 1224 Opposing Sale of Water from Toledo Bend Reservoir
13. Motion granting President authority to sign Resolution for Cameron Parish Certifying Compliance with requirements of participation in LADOTD Off-System Bridge Program
14. Motion granting President authority to sign Resolution adopting the 2026 Cameron Parish Hazard Mitigation Plan

Cameron Parish Ordinances to delete the following:
Sec. 2-4 – Grievance procedures
Sec. 2-16 – Pre-employment physical examinations required for manual labor
Sec. 2-17 – Office hours
Sec. 2-18 – Sick leave
Sec. 2-19 – Vacation pay
Sec. 2-19.2 – Compensatory time
Sec. 2-20 – Holidays
Sec. 2-21 – Ward crews – Working hours
Sec. 2-22 – Same-Holidays for road crew employees
Sec. 2-23 – Accumulated leave
Sec. 2-24 – Accumulated compensatory time
Sec. 2-33.10 – Division 3 – Family and Medical Leave Policy
Replace Sections mentioned above with:
Section 2-0 – Adoption of Personnel Policy Manual
There is hereby adopted by reference as fully as if set out at length in this section the Personnel Policy Manual as revised, approved, and accepted by the policy jury on September 2, 2025, as may be amended by the policy jury from time to time. Employees shall work pursuant to and be governed in their work by the Personnel Policy Manual.
