In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the Writ of Mandamus issued by the 19th Judicial District Court in the matter entitled Devon Energy Production Company, L.P. vs. Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, et al, Docket No. 699.354, Div. 25, a public hearing will be held at the Cameron Parish Police Jury West Annex Building, 148 Smith Circle, Cameron, Louisiana 70631, on November 14th, 2022, at 1:00 P.M., to solicit comments and to receive evidence on the above referenced Requests for Declaratory Relief or, in the Alternative, Requests for Compliance Schedules made by Devon Energy Production Company, LP regarding their oil & gas exploration and production activities conducted in Mallard Bay, Crab Lake, and Deep Lake fields, Cameron Parish, Louisiana from 1974-2002, including but not limited to DNR Coastal Use Permits P19800250, P19811026, P19820900, P19831407, P19850660, P19860316, P19860243, P19890410, P19890665, P1980997, P19930329, P19970307, P19971586, P19971593, P19980008, P19980567, and P20000475.
The Coastal Use Permits and additional information on accessing the public hearing is available to the public on the page entitled “OCM Public Notices” found on The Department of Natural Resources website at http://www.dnr.louisiana.gov/index.cfm/page/591 . In addition, written comments may be emailed to LDNR Public Information info@LA.GOV or mailed to Office of the Secretary, Post Office Box 94396, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70821-2827 to be received on or before November 18th, 2022. Please reference Docket No. DNR OoS 22-01 in your comments. No additional public comments will be accepted after this date.
