a. High Bar Operating Company, LLC – Grand Chenier, North of Upper Mudd Lake, (propose to drill and complete the Big Mouth Bayou Prospect. Project includes, refurbishing a ring levee of an existing drill site, adding fill dirt to the site for stability and to raise the elevation as needed, minor refurbishment of the existing access road (fill potholes), adding a 70’ x 70’ wing for turning onto the road, boarding the entire access road and drill site, and drilling completion of the proposed well), Cameron Parish, LA. 7. Motion to Approve Other Permits:
a. Cameron Land Ventures, LLC – Carter Road, Cameron, (proposes removal of existing storm damaged dock structure, old foundation pads and damaged structures currently located on a previous industrial project site measuring approx. 5.6 acres. All material will be hauled to state approved disposal facility. Shoreline stabilization improvements at the site will be achieved with placement of approx. 2,405 cy of rip-rap material behind proposed dock structure and approx. 297.4 linear feet of steel bulkhead for proposed boat launch. Approx. 2.46 acres will be filled with 3,277 cy of concrete for structure foundations, boat launch, roads, and 301 cy of gravel for parking. Approx. 3.01 acres will remain a permeable yard and supportive of vegetative growth. Fugro USA Land, Inc. – Cameron, Lat. 29.484948°, Long. -93.201969°, (proposed CP-3 LNG; plans to drill 72 geotechnical soil borings to various depths with a maximum depth of 200 feet below grade and 92 CPT soundings are planned to be advanced at various depths similar to the soil borings. Of the 92 CPTs, 18 consist of seismic CPTs. All this is being done to support civil and foundation design plans of a proposed industrial development), Cameron Parish, LA. (251003)

Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, LLC – North of Holly Beach and Big Lake, (EUA 25-039; to perform two immediate anomaly digs to investigate and assess pipeline anomaly to determine if pipe can be repaired with a welded sleeve or if replacement is required along the NGPL 36-inch Gulf Coast Line No 2. Dig Site 2025-1-F is located approximately 10.3 miles northwest of Cameron at Lat. 29.841698°N, Long. 93.490638°W. f. Sulphur River Exploration – Grand Chenier, West White Lake Field, (proposes to plug, abandon, and remove structures and flowlines associated with Miami Alternatives, LLC No. 001 Well in the West White Lake Field), Cameron Parish, LA. (251005)

Delta South Louisiana Gas Company, LLC – Grand Chenier, 3357 Grand Chenier Highway, (Grand Chenier RRS Rebuild; proposes to install new regulator station, relief valve, new elevated platform, chain link fence, and to abandon the existing facilities and remove the existing regulator station for Delta Utilities), Cameron Parish, LA. Cheniere Creole Trail Pipeline, LP – West of Cameron, (Sabine Pass Stage 5 Expansion Project – Tarpon Compressor Station; proposes to construct new compressor station at existing Creole Trail Pipeline Milepost 34.0. The 16-acre project site west of Cameron includes a 13.1-acre site and 2.9 acres of existing gravel access road), Cameron Parish, LA. (251007)

Cameron Parish Police Jury – Cameron Parish, (proposes to install 37 Rain Gauge/Flood Alert Monitoring Systems throughout Cameron Parish with 20 installs mounted on existing infrastructure and 17 installs mounted into ground-surface along existing waterways and drainage channels/ditches to provide citizens, inclusive of first responders, early flood alert warnings to afford opportunities for implementing public safety and protecting improved properties), Cameron Parish, LA. k. Jason Privat – Klondike, 560 Iowa Ave, (proposes to extend existing pier 20-feet and drive in mooring pilings to be able to dock boat in safe water depth), Cameron Parish, LA. (251010)
l. Hydro-Environmental Technology, Inc. – Holly Beach, Highway 27, (MKS Properties V. Apache Corporation, et al; proposes to conduct environmental assessments and coordinate the removal of pilings at select locations of the MKS property located within the Holly Beach East and Cameron Oil Fields, as part of the overall response to litigation brought against BP America Production Company, Apache Corporation, and others by MKS Properties, LLC), Cameron Parish, LA. Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC – Youngs Road, Johnson Bayou, (proposed Compressor Station modification to Station 44 GT liquids handling equipment installation that consist of a multicyclone filter unit line and bypass to handle liquids and debris to clean a sump within the compressor station that will enable operations to clean the facility sump online/remotely. GeoEngineers, Inc. – Grand Chenier, Latitude 29°37’32.82”, Longitude 92°37’31.08” (Freshwater Introduction South of Highway 82 (ME-0016) Project; proposes to drill four (4) soil borings with only (1) boring (B-04) in Cameron Parish, to collect representative soil samples and determine the type, strength, and thickness of the soil, as well as groundwater conditions, in order to provide the critical subsurface information needed for the safe and efficient design of the planned water control structures), Cameron Parish. Cameron Parish Police Jury – Cameron, (proposed sewer lift station improvements consist of upgrading nineteen (19) sewer lift stations at various locations throughout the Town of Cameron which includes replacing above-ground pumps with submersible stainless-steel pumps resistant to saltwater corrosion from repeated inundation by storm-surge waters from the Gulf), Cameron Parish, LA. p. Marais Pipeline, LLC – Cameron Parish, Latitude 30°6’16.47”, Longitude -93°27’24.1”, (proposes to construct and operate a new natural gas pipeline and associated facilities in Calcasieu and Cameron Parishes, Louisiana. The project required a reroute to the third-party utilities. The purpose of the pipeline is to provide an additional 1.9 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d) of gas supply to Venture Global CP2 LNG, LLC’s CP2 LNG Terminal via connection to natural gas infrastructure in Calcasieu Parish. Approximately 44.0 miles of new, 48-inch diameter, Class 900 natural gas pipeline and associated aboveground facilities, including two meter stations, four mainline valves (MLVs), and two tap valves in southwest Louisiana), Cameron Parish, LA.
