PROCEEDINGS
September 15, 2025
There was a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Water District No. 11 at 6:00 p.m., Monday, September 15, 2025, at the Grand Lake Waterworks office. PRESENT: Grace Robideaux, Jerome Verzwyvelt, Shelly Medlock, John T Constance ABSENT: Carl Granger On motion of Shelly Medlock, seconded by Jerome Verzwyvelt and carried unanimously, the agenda was approved as posted. On motion of John T Constance, seconded by Jerome Verwyvelt and carried unanimously, the minutes from the August 18, 2025 regular meeting were approved as previously sent out. On motion of Jerome Verzwyvelt, seconded Shelly Medlock and carried unanimously, Kaylee Thomas was hired as an Office Assistant at $17.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after a 90-day probationary period. There was a financial report given for the month ending August 31, 2025 by Helen Williams. On motion of Jerome Verzwyvelt, seconded by Shelly Granger and carried unanimously, the financial statements for the period ending and August 31, 2025 which reflect budget comparison were accepted as presented. The Superintendent’s Report was presented by Jake Nunez. On motion of Jerome Verzwyvelt, seconded by Shelly Medlock, and carried unanimously, all bills were approved for payment. There being no further business, on motion of John T Constance, seconded by Shelly Medlock, and carried unanimously, the meeting was declared adjourned.
