The Cameron Parish Police Jury will accept sealed bids for the following: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Handling and Disposition of White Goods for the Parish. Sealed bids will be received until Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Administrative Office of the Cameron Parish Police Jury located at the Cameron Parish West Annex, 148 Smith Circle, Cameron, Louisiana. At that time and place bids will be opened and read aloud. Only SEALED bids labeled “WHITE GOOD SERVICES” will be opened. Bids must be submitted on bid form provided. Bid forms can be requested from the Cameron Parish Public Works Department by email at superintendent@cameronpj.org or bvincent@cameronpj.org or by contacting Alex Benoit, Public Works Superintendent or Bethany Hebert, Public Works Secretary by telephone at (337) 775-5718. Sealed bids can be hand-delivered to the Cameron Parish Police Jury’s Office located at 148 Smith Circle, Cameron, LA 70631; or mailed to the following address: Cameron Parish Police Jury, P.O. Box 1280, Cameron, LA 70631. The Cameron Parish Police Jury will open only those properly labeled and sealed bids that are delivered to the Cameron Parish Police Jury by the time of the bid opening stated above.
