The Cameron Parish Police Jury will receive sealed Requests for Proposal (RFP) until 9:30 A.M., Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the Cameron Parish Police Jury West Annex, 148 Smith Circle, Cameron, Louisiana 70631, for the purchase of clay, as per specifications. RFP forms with specifications and scoring criteria can be obtained by contacting Alex Benoit, Public Works Superintendent by email at superintendent@cameronpj.org or Bethany Hebert, Public Works Secretary at bvincent@cameronpj.org or by telephone at (337) 775-5718. All proposals must be submitted on this form to be accepted and must be returned sealed in an envelope marked “RFP – CLAY”. The Cameron Parish Police Jury is tax exempt. All proposals must be submitted on the proper RFP form to be accepted. Proposals may be mailed to P. O. Box 1280, Cameron, LA 70631 or hand-delivered to Cameron Parish Police Jury Administrative Office West Annex, 148 SMITH CIRCLE, CAMERON, LA. The Cameron Parish Police Jury will open only those properly labeled and sealed proposals that are delivered to the Cameron Parish Police Jury West Annex Office by the time of the RFP opening stated above.
