Regular Meeting

April 15, 2025
Ernest Roberts called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Board Members present were Ernest Roberts, Beth Ferguson, Jessica Crador, Samantha Henry, and Ronald Nunez. Beth Ferguson led the prayer and Jessica Crador led the pledge of allegiance.
Public Comments: There was no public comment.
On the motion by Beth Ferguson, seconded by Jessica Crador, and carried, the Library Board voted and accepted the February 2025 minutes.
On the motion by Ronald Nunez, seconded by Beth Ferguson, and carried, the Library Board voted and accepted the February 2025 financial statement.
On the motion by Beth Ferguson, seconded by Jessica Crador, and carried, the Library Board voted and accepted the grass cutting quote from Myron’s Cal Cam Services, LLC. in the amount of $2,550.00 per month. Services include: Weekly grass cutting and trimming at six library locations, monthly bush hogging at the Grand Lake location, and spraying every three months (or as needed) at six library locations.
On the motion by Beth Ferguson, seconded by Jessica Crador, and carried, the Library Board voted to table the Lowry Library and check with the permit office to find out if there are any building plans on the library.
There being no further business and upon the motion by Beth Ferguson, seconded by Jessica Crador, and carried, the Library Board voted unanimously to adjourn at 6:10 p.m.
