By virtue of a writ of EXECUTORY PROCESS issued to me directed by the Honorable Court aforesaid, I have seized and will offer for sale at public auction to the last and highest bidder WITHOUT the benefit of appraisement, at The Cameron Parish Law Enforcement Complex Building, located at 124 Recreation Center Lane, Cameron, LA 70631, on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26, 2024 at l0:00 a.m. the following described property to-wit:
That certain parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements and the component parts thereof with all rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereunto appertaining, situated in the Parish of Cameron, State of Louisiana, located in Section 1, 2, and 12, Township 12 South, Range 9 West, containing 1.99 acres, being known and designated as commencing at a point 25 feet North and 1061.6 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot 5 of Mrs. Ophelia Granger Estates Partition in Fractional Section 2, and the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N 1/2 of SE 1/4) of Section 1 and the East Half of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E 1/2 of E 1/2 of NE 1/4) of Section 12, Township 12 South, Range 9 West, Cameron Parish, Louisiana; thence West 248.9 feet; thence North 350 feet; thence East 248.9 feet; thence South 350 feet to the point of commencement.
Together with all buildings and improvements thereon located including one (1) 2022 Buccaneer Homes/Cavalier Home Builders, LLC manufactured home, measuring 28’ x 60’, Model No.: 73ADM28563AH22, Serial No. CBC053170AL-A and CBC053170AL-B which manufactured home was immobilized by Manufactured Home Affidavit of Affixation in the Mortgage dated August 4, 2022, and immobilized pursuant to La R.S. 9:1149.4 by Declaration of Immobilization recorded December 22, 2022, as Instrument Number: 353811, in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, and by Act to Immobilize a Manufactured Home recorded September 12, 2023, as Instrument Number: 355844, in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. A copy of the Declaration of Immobilization and Act to Immobilize a Manufactured Home are attached as exhibits.
