Minutes of Meeting –

Members Present: Wesley Hardin, Jared Desormeaux, Bobby Stansel, Gordon Gremillion
Members Absent: Will Aucoin

Special Guests: Coy Vincent CPA, Gragson, Casiday, and Guillory, LLP
The meeting was called to order by president Wesley Hardin and the following business was discussed.
Public Comment: None
On motion of Jared Desormeaux, seconded by Bobby Stansel, and carried unanimously the board approved the auditor’s report for 2020.
The March Minutes and Financial Report were distributed to the board for review prior to the meeting.
On motion of Jared Desormeaux, seconded by Gordon Gremillion and carried unanimously the board approved the previous meeting minutes.
We are waiting on a Letter of No Objection from the SPR to proceed with the flap gate instillation on Maggie Hebert Rd.
Pipe has been ordered to be installed at 300 Portie Rd. for drainage improvement.
A contractor will be needed for traffic control and a project plan will be presented to the DOTD for approval before proceeding with the flap gate installation south of Joe Dugas Rd.
The Board will meet with the cemetery representatives to discuss a plan of action to proceed with drainage improvements.
The board is waiting on permit information from Blaine Johnson with Southland Environmental for the School House Marsh Project.
One quote was received on the workshop replacement and we are waiting on 2 more before making a decision to rebuild.
On motion of Bobby Stansel, seconded by Gordon Gremillion and carried unanimously the board accepted the March 2022 Financial Report and approved the invoices for payment.
On motion of Jared Desormeaux, seconded by Gordon Gremillion, and carried unanimously the meeting was adjourned.
