LEGAL NOTICE
STATE OF LOUISIANA, OFFICE OF CONSERVATION, BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA.
In accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, and with particular reference to the provisions of Title 30 of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, a public hearing will be held in the Hearing Room, 1st Floor, LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at 9:00 a.m. on TUESDAY, JUNE 21, 2022, upon the application of HILCORP ENERGY COMPANY.
At such hearing the Commissioner of Conservation will consider evidence relative to the issuance of Orders pertaining to the following matters relating to the 75-13250’ Zone, Reservoir A, 13,250’ Sand, Reservoir A, and R-1 Zone, Reservoir A, in the Deep Lake Field, Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
1. To dissolve the existing drilling and production units created as the 13,250’ Sand, Reservoir A, by Office of Conservation Order No. 243-K, effective January 16, 1991, and the R-1 Zone, Reservoir A, created by Order No. 243-P, effective October 17, 2006, and to simultaneously create a revised single drilling and production unit for the 75-13250’ Zone, Reservoir A, designated as the 75-13250 RA SUA, at the location shown on the plat submitted with the application.
2. To establish rules and regulations governing the exploration for and production of oil, gas and condensate from said revised unit.
3. To force pool and integrate all separately owned tracts, minerals leases and other property interests within the revised unit so created, with each tract sharing in unit production on a surface acreage basis of participation.
4. To consider such other matters as may be pertinent.
The 75-13250’ Zone, Reservoir A is hereby defined as being the stratigraphic equivalent of that oil, gas and condensate bearing zone encountered between the depths of 12,970’ and 13,810’ (electric log measurements) in the Pel-Tex Oil Company, L.L.C.-Miami Corporation E No. 1 Well (SN 231807), located in Section 35, Township 15 South, Range 3 West.
A plat is available for inspection in the Office of Conservation in Baton Rouge and Lafayette, Louisiana.
