MINUTE PROCEEDINGS
There was a regular meeting of Gravity Drainage District 5 at 4:30 pm, Monday, February 3, 2025, at Cameron Parish School Board- Audrey Memorial Building C- 3151 Trosclair Road, Creole, LA 70632.
President Phillip Trosclair called the meeting to order.
Present: Suzie Fawvor, Greg January, Bubba Richard, and Phillip Trosclair III
Absent: Anthony Swire
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Greg January, and carried, to approve the agenda.
On motion Bubba Richard, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, the board approved of the minutes of the previous meeting.
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Greg January, and carried, to accept the financial report.
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, to elect Phillip Trosclair III as board President.
On motion by Suzie Fawvor, seconded by Bubba Richard, and carried, to elect Anthony Swire as board Vice President.
On motion by Suzie Fawvor, seconded by Bubba Richard, and carried, to elect Greg January as board Secretary.
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, to accept the monthly invoices.
On motion by Bubba Richard, second by Suzie Fawvor, and carried, the meeting is declared adjourned.
