The Cameron Parish Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. in the Wastewater District office located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana.

The meeting was called to order by the President. The Prayer was led by Tammy Vincent along with roll call. The Pledge was led by Tammy Vincent.
Roll Call: Present: Tammy Vincent, Ruben Doxey, Mary Jones, and Vickie Conner
Absent: Anthony Theriot
There were no public comments.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, to adopt the agenda for the December 17, 2024, Wastewater board meeting.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Ruben Doxey and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session December minutes.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to approve the financial statement, including the Actual vs Budget, for the month of December 2024.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, that the bills for the month of December 2024 be paid.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Ruben Doxey and carried, to review and approve the Identity Theft Prevention Program for 2025.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Ruben Doxey and carried, to nominate Tammy Vincent for the Wastewater Board President with 3 yeahs, 0 nays, 0 abstained, 1 absent, the motion passed.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, to nominate Ruben Doxey for the Wastewater Board Vice President with 3 yeahs, 0 nays, 0 abstained, 1 absent, the motion passed.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, to give the following salary adjustments: Kirk Peshoff $1.00 per hour, and Kim Murphy $1.00 per hour beginning with the January 25, 2025 pay period.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
