The Cameron Parish Wastewater District No. 1 Board met in regular session on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. in the Wastewater District office located at 126 Ann Street in the town of Cameron, Louisiana.

The meeting was called to order by the President along with roll call. The voluntary Prayer was led by Mary Jones. The Pledge was led by Vickie Conner.
Roll Call: Present: Ruben Doxey, Vickie Conner, Mary Jones and Tammy Vincent
Absent: Anthony Theriot
There were no public comments.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Ruben Doxey and carried, to adopt the agenda for January 27, 2026, Wastewater board meeting.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, to elect Tammy Vincent as President.
On a motion by Ruben Doxey, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to elect Mary Jones as Vice President.
On a motion by Ruben Doxey, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to approve and dispense from reading the regular session December minutes.
On a motion by Mary Jones, seconded by Vickie Conner and carried, to approve the financial statement, including the Actual vs Budget, for the month of December 2025.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, to pay the monthly bills.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, to approve the Identity Theft Prevention Program for 2026.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, to approve the Sexual Harassment mandatory annual report for 2025.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried to approve the salary adjustments: Kim Murphy $1.00 per hour, Kirk Peshoff $1.00 per hour, and Jacob Silmon $.50 per hour beginning with the January 25, 2026 payroll.
On a motion by Vickie Conner, seconded by Mary Jones and carried, there being no further business, the meeting stands adjourned.
