Hilcorp Energy, LP – Hackberry, Marsh East of Black Lake, (proposes a site assessment to evaluate and determine the volume and area of unauthorized sediment discharge on Hilcorp’s property from Cameron LNG dredging and deposit operations. The dredge discharge involves an approximate minimum of 104 acres of wetlands, based upon visual evidence), Cameron Parish, LA. (250802)
c. Duphil – Section 10, T15S, R14W, 6606 Gulf Beach Highway, Johnson Bayou, (proposes to remove solidified hydrovac material associated with Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America, LLC (NGPL) under Coastal Use Permit, P20240390. This material was placed in an area that was not previously approved by OCM. Approximately 100 cubic yards will be excavated and hauled off to a state approved disposal facility), Cameron Parish, LA. d. Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline, LLC – Sabine River, Johnson Bayou, (proposes to collect two 4”-6” diameter (with 6”-8” diameter casings) by 250’ (max) deep geotechnical borings to support engineering analysis of a proposed pipeline route and installation method), Cameron Parish, LA. (250804)
e. Marcus William Leboeuf – Eric and Tans Road, Grand Lake, (proposes excavation of pond in order to provide fill material for house pad and
driveway. This will result in approximately 18,518 cubic yards of material. House pad on Eric Road and Pond on Tans Road), Cameron Parish, LA. (250805)
f. Cameron Parish Police Jury – Superior Road, Hackberry, (proposes to install flap- gate (Northside) on existing 30-inch concrete culvert to prevent saltwater intrusion from entering onto adjacent private properties. All work is within existing parish road right-of-way with no direct significant impacts), Cameron Parish, LA. (250806)
g. Cameron Parish Police Jury – Creole, Rutherford Beach Road, (proposes to construct a 230ft x 5ft x 2ft ditch beginning at PR#362, Cameron Dr. and ending at PR#361, Calcasieu Dr. in order to aid in the connectivity of drainage with installation of an 18-inch diameter x 24 ft. (HDPE) Cross Drain Culvert at the entrance of PR. #362, Cameron Drive. All excavated materials of new ditch will be hauled offsite. All work is within Parish Rd. right-of-way and all equipment will operate from parish road, Rutherford Beach Road), Cameron Parish, LA. (250807)
h. Canik’s Feed and Grocery – 4459 W Creole Highway, Creole, (proposes after-the-fact permit for construction of fuel station with canopy. A portion of the project is complete which includes 1737 cy of fill material and 2391 cy of concrete for driveway and parking lot), Cameron Parish, LA. (250808)
i. EnCameron, LLC – Cameron, Latitude 29°48’23”, Longitude 93°18’43”, (proposes construction of 2” natural gas steel pipeline approximately 750 ft long to transport Natural Gas from TC Energy Cameron Meter Station to supply fuel gas for electric generators driving booster pumps associated with a dredge slurry pipeline for the Venture Global CP2 LNG project. The pipeline is being constructed in conjunction with CUP, P20211131 and COE No: MVN-2021 – 0056-WII. The pipeline will be constructed via Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) with minimal surface disturbance), Cameron Parish, LA. (250809)
