MINUTE PROCEEDINGS
There was a regular meeting of Gravity Drainage District 5 at 4:30 pm, Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at Cameron Parish School Board- Audrey Memorial Building C- 3151 Trosclair Road, Creole, LA 70632.
PRESENT: Phillip Trosclair III, Suzie Fawvor, Bubba Richard, Mitchell Baccigalopi and Anthony Swire
ABSENT:
President Trosclair called the meeting to order.
Public Comment- None
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Anthony Swire, and carried, the board approved the minutes of the previous meeting.
On motion by Anthony Swire, seconded by Bubba Richard, and carried, to accept the financial report.
On motion by, Anthony Swire, seconded by, Mitchell Baccigalopi, and carried, the board approved the following permits:
Cameon Parish Police Jury- Grand Chenier, Price Lake Road (proposed project funded by CWPPRA and designed by NRCS to dredge sediment from the Gulf of Mexico for creating and restoring approx. 466 acres of wetlands.) Cameron Parish, LA
EC Offshore Properties, Inc – Grand Chenier, North Side of Highway 82 (proposed Grand Chenier Terminal for oil and gas production; project consists of covering existing pipelines with permanent board mats, excavate two 70’ trenches, install oil loadout lines, backfill with temporary spoil, grade & fill 1.39-acre site with 561 cubic yards of limestone, install production equipment, storage tanks, metal containment wall, compression skids, office building, pipe rack and flare), Cameron Parish, LA
Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC – Grand Chenier, 3125 Grand Chenier Highway (proposed installation of a 26’ bi-directional in-line inspection tool trap and removal of existing pig trap located at existing Kinetica Partners Facility Station 507F. Approx 289cy of material will be displaced to complete project.), Cameron Parish, LA.
On motion by Anthony Swire, seconded by Bubba Richard, and carried to accept the bookkeeping service agreement.
On motion by Bubba Richard, seconded by Anthony Swire, and carried to accept the monthly invoices.
On motion by, Anthony Swire, second by Bubba Richard, and carried, the meeting is declared adjourned.
