The Minutes from the April meeting was approved. A motion was made by Ryan Mallory seconded by Cecil Clark all were in favor.
The financial report for April was approved. A motion was made by Cecil Clark, seconded by Ryan Mallory, all were in favor.
The bills were approved. A motion was made by Ryan Mallory seconded by Cecil Clark, all were in favor.
Deep South Exp
Rusty Welch reported to the board the new pumps will be here Thursday. Rusty let the board know they will only assist in getting the pumps installed. They would help with any supplies that are needed.
Rusty also reported to the board W1 West system is so high right now pumping water will only circulate the water it will not bring the water levels down. Water is coming from the North and W1 West has a lot of breeches.
The board approve putting a gate up at W1 West structure. There is a lot of people fishing and walking on the structure. A motion was made by Cecil Clark, seconded by Shirley Gray all were in favor.
The board discussed replacing the burned bridge. The price to replace it has not gone up much. All members were in favor of moving forward with this project.
A motion was made by Cecil Clark to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Scott Henry, all were in favor.
