Hornets dominate Montgomery

By Jake McCoy

Dominant can be one of many words to describe the Grand Lake Hornets performance last Friday in the first round of the playoffs as they met the Montgomery Tigers for only the second time in history with the first meeting back in week 4. This time, the Hornets defense really made a statement only allowing 18 points all night against a very potent Montgomery offense that has been lighting up the scoreboard all season long but they certainly did not against the Hornets this time around!
