On Thursday Jan. 15, the Food For Seniors Program (different from Catholic Charities boxes) boxes will be available for pickup for those who registered between January 2025 through March 2025, at their respective locations.

Hackberry pickup at the Old Hackberry Community Center (980 Main St./Just west of New Community Center) at 9:30-11 a.m.;

Sweet Lake-Grand Lake-Big Lake pick up at Grand Lake Faith Temple (655 Hwy. 384) at 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.;

Cameron-Creole-Grand Chenier pickup at Creole Fire Station (184 E. Creole Hwy.) between 1-2 p.m.;

Johnson Bayou (Johnson Bayou Recreation Center (135 Berwick Rd.) at 1-2 p.m.

Those individuals will receive a reminder call the week of distribution. It is very important for you or your alternate pick person to pickup the boxes at the locations of distribution, as we only have help that day.

We will be re-registering Everyone in January 2026. Everyone will need to bring in updated income (2026 income) and contact information (including updated alternate pickup people for your box if you can’t).
